The weekend started at the Felixstowe Friday 5 at Kirton. Wes Atkins and Stewart Ellis both ran fantastic pbs on the multi-terrain course breaking the 30 minute barrier. Wes finished in 29:16 knocking 45 seconds off his previous best with Stewart seconds behind in 29:24.

Chairman Breaks PB
