The AGM will be on Wednesday 4th October 2017 at 20:00. The club house will be open from 18:30 if anyone would like to go for a run beforehand.

Berlin Beers for Champ Chairman

The Autumn sunshine made for warm conditions for runners this weekend. A large number of Road Runners were at the Springfield Striders Pleshey Half Marathon which once again played host to the Essex Half Marathon Championships. Axel Aces it Again!

Axel Voigt continued his excellent form of late setting another 10k pb 2 weeks in a row. Axel was 5 seconds quicker at the Dedham 10k, a hillier course than Langham last week, finishing in a time of 55.41.

Doughnut!

The Langham 10km is organised by the Friends Of Langham School (FOLS), a charitable organisation. The route winds through picturesque Constable countryside and attracts around 500 runners. SVP100

Ian Chandler took on the SVP100 on Saturday. The Stour Valley Path (SVP) is a 100km (62 mile) long footpath starting in Newmarket in Suffolk and ending near Manningtree in Essex. The path is renowned for being extremely scenic.
